Maggie’s Lanarkshire Centre

Maggie’s is a charity offering free practical, emotional and social support for people with cancer and their family and friends through support Centres built on the grounds of NHS hospitals.

Our beautiful Lanarkshire Centre opened in 2014 in the grounds of Monklands Hospital. The building was designed as an extension of the landscape that offers moments of visibility and outlook with places of privacy and inlook – perfect for the delivery of our cancer support.

Whatever kind of cancer, and whatever stage you’re at – we're here for you.

Our centre in Lanarkshire is a space for being together or for a moment alone, for getting going again or for meeting people who just get it.

A wide range of support is available and all our cancer support specialists have expert knowledge about cancer and treatment, and many are NHS-trained.
